Unilever Business Agility

We have worked with Unilever to structure the global HR, Customer Development, Operations and Finance teams on Agile Transformation.  In order to achieve this, we trained the teams, coached and mentored Product Owners. In order to streamline this process, we have also worked on a tailor made Agile Project Management methodology.

In total, we have structured more than 30 teams to start working using Scrum and agile practices. We have trained 10 new Product Owners and more than 15 new Scrum Masters who started working as Agile Evangelists in Unilever. We have establised the usage of Microsoft Teams and Planner for digital Kanban boards which played a key role in the transition.
