Kingfisher B&Q Scaled Agile
Kingfisher plc is an international home improvement company with nearly 1,300 stores in 10 countries across Europe, Russia and Turkey, supported by a team of 78,000 colleagues.
In Kingfisher, we put in place the right process and communication flows on prioritization to increase the transparency and worked on the product management organization to align with Scaled Agile Framework. The new process helped the company to prioritize the right thing rather than prioritizing the loudest in the room. We also trained the stakeholders to understand how the prioritization is done with the right metrics. During this process, we worked with 4 teams with 50+ developers and testers.
