Our biggest client is one of the top tier telco operators in the world. Teliasonera Turkcell is the biggest operator in Turkey and has international operations in Turkey, Germany, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Georgia, Belarus, Ukraine and Cyprus. We worked with Turkcell to transition the value added services division to start using agile Scrum.
E-Commerce
In Kingfisher B&Q e-commerce division, we put in the right process and communication flows on prioritization to increase transparency, which is one of the pillars of Scrum. We worked on product management organisation to align it with Scaled Agile Framework. We achieved to reduce incident in-flow from 2000 per week to 500 per week.
Digital Advertising and Publishers
We worked with Skimlinks to run the GDPR compliance program throughout the whole company. We managed to get Skimlinks GDPR compliant in 6 months.
Skimlinks is the leading content-to-commerce platform globally, helping publishers monetize their editorial content, and marketers find people who want to buy their products. We create new revenue for publishers by automatically affiliating links in content, and syndicating the resulting behavioral data to marketers for use in advertising.
Skimlinks is used on 1.5 million websites globally by more than 57,000 publishers such as Buzzfeed, Refinery29, Condé Nast, and AOL/HuffPost.

We worked with Unilever with their global Agile Transformation of the Finance, HR, Customer Development and Operations teams.

We worked with Mortgage Engine, a FinTech company of Santander, to kick off the mortgage DIP API for mortgage brokers.
