AIDA Assessment Criteria

AIDA currently asseses 11 criteria. Value and Fun are in beta and we will keep them depending on your feedback. We also have one slot open for your suggestions. Below the image you can find the detailed explanation of these.

Unassigned Items

Each team has its own pace for planning items in the sprint. Some teams assign owners during the sprint, some before. AIDA learns the way your teams work and finds the best time to have items assigned to an owner. AIDA calculates this rating by checking how many of the JIRA items in the sprint are assigned before your optimum date.

Open Items

Each team has its own pace for planning items in the sprint. Some teams start working on issues early in the sprint, some late. AIDA learns the way your teams work and finds the best time to start items in the sprint to assure successful sprint delivery. AIDA calculates this rating by checking how many of the JIRA items in the sprint are started before your optimum date.

Team Collaboration

AIDA calculates this criteria by looking at how much the team members collaborate with each other. Even if collaboration generally increases the value delivery, not all teams require collaboration. This criteria is more important if you expect your team members to work together on JIRA items to deliver value at the end of your sprint.

Product Owner Collaboration

Product owner collaboration with the team is always a critical criteria for success. This rating shows how well your Product Owner collaborates with the team.

Stakeholder Involvement

It is important to make sure you involve stakeholders in your value delivery cycle. AIDA checks how much involvement stakeholders have with your delivery teams.

Estimation

This criteria shows how good your team is on estimating the effort required for JIRA items.

Quality

AIDA checks the quality of the delivered items. If this is low, this would mean the team should focus more on the quality of the delivery.

User Story Quality

AIDA checks how good the Product Owner or the Business Analyst is doing while creating the items in JIRA. If the quality of the information you add in JIRA user story or task is low, this creates a chain effect of unknowns and many question and answer emails back and forth.

Velocity

AIDA learns the delivery pace of your organisation and assesses the team's delivery pace accordingly.

Value

Currently this criteria is in beta. The current rating you see in this criteria is purely generated by Product Owner and Stakeholder feedback.

Fun

Currently this criteria is in beta. The current rating you see in this criteria is purely generated by Product Owner and Stakeholder feedback.
