AIFA-30 AIDA is sending rating emails for subtasks

Expected

AIDA should ask for feedback only for user stories, bug fixes and tasks, not sub-tasks.

Actual

During the sprint AIDA is asking for feedback on sub-tasks as well as their parent task. This is causing a big list in feedback email for clients using sub-tasks heavily.

Root Cause

This is due to AIDA not filtering sub-tasks because it is one of the features in machine learning algorithm. However, AIDA should not require feedback for these.
